Schedule a client report

You can schedule reports to be generated and sent to your clients automatically.

Note: You need to enable the Premium Client Report feature on your websites in order to schedule the reports.

  1. Log in to your Pro account. (Need help logging in?)
  2. Click Pro Clients and select Pro Sites.
  3. Click Clients in the left sidebar.
  4. Click Settings in the client's section and then navigate to Schedule Report Settings.
  5. In the Automated Client Report Settings section, select the frequency, delivery date and time, template and language.
  6. Select one of the three sending options and click Save Changes.
  7. In the Include/Exclude Client Websites section, you can exclude a website from a client report by hovering over it and clicking Exclude.
