Submit a new task for WP Premium Support

You can use the WP Premium Support dashboard to submit a new service request when you need work performed on your WordPress site.
  1. Log in to your GoDaddy account and open your product. (Need help opening your product?)
  2. Click the New Task button
  3. Select a site from the Site URL drop-down menu
  4. Click one of the service categories to see a list of available services
  5. Select the specific service you want completed
  6. Click the Next button.
  7. If prompted, use the drop-down menu to select a task that best fits your need.
  8. Complete the following:
    1. Fill in the fields with the requested information
    2. Add any related attachments ( images, text, etc.)
    3. Add any Additional Info in the last text box

    Note: It is best to submit a separate request for each task you want completed.

  9. Click the Next button
  10. Review the details of your request
  11. Click the Submit button
